Evangelism & Discipleship Training Center

Our vision is to spread the gospel and provide Biblical training in a central location of Antalya — a place with heavy pedestrian traffic and easy access to public transportation.

A Visible Christian Presence

For many years our churches shared the gospel openly through small concerts, dramas and book tables in the streets and parks of Antalya. Since 2013 permission for such public events is no longer granted, so the church has been praying for a new way to remain publicly visible.

The answer is a storefront centre in central Antalya. With clear signage, a table of Bibles and Christian books freely offered at the door, and someone present every day to welcome guests, the centre will openly point passersby to Christ — and connect each seeker with the church location nearest to them.

A Cafe & Library for the Community

The centre will serve as a small cafe and library where second-hand books are bought, sold and traded. Hot and cold drinks and desserts will be sold affordably, without commercial profit, making it a natural meeting place for students and young people. English practice clubs and basic music and art classes led by volunteers will help build genuine friendships.

Biblical Education & Discipleship Training

Under Turkish law it is not possible to establish a Bible school or a formal theology program. Working with partner organizations that provide teachers, courses and materials in Turkish, the centre will host a general Biblical training track — four to five years alongside work and family life — and a one-year academic Bible education program with internships in the Antalya churches, so that leaders, teachers and pastors can be raised up without leaving the country.

Operating openly under the Antalya Bible Churches Association, the centre will provide all of these services in full accordance with the law.
